Who we are

FreqKeeper (https://freqkeeper.tenpennyhq.com) is software operated by Enes Bulanık, trading as Tenpenny ("we", "us"). It tracks renewal windows, construction deadlines and weekly public-data changes for FCC Part 90 private land mobile licenses.

We are a private company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any regulator named in the product. Official sources are linked wherever we cite a rule.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a card. When it ends, the account becomes read-only until you subscribe. We never charge you without you starting a checkout.

Your responsibilities

Deadlines, rules and calculations in FreqKeeper are provided to help you stay organized. They are not legal, tax or professional advice. You remain responsible for your filings, licenses and business decisions, and should confirm important dates with the official source.

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to upload data you have no right to share.

Your data

You own the data you put into FreqKeeper. You can export it or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

What FreqKeeper is not

FreqKeeper is not a law firm or a frequency coordinator. It does not file anything with the FCC, does not log in to ULS or CORES on your behalf, and does not give legal advice.

License data comes from the FCC's public weekly ULS download. It may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors made at the source. We show the as-of date of every fact and link to the FCC's own license search so you can confirm it.

You remain responsible for filing renewals, modifications, construction notifications and transfers on time.
