For two-way radio dealers and the businesses they license

Your FCC renewal window is 90 days long.

The FCC's reminder goes by email to whatever address is on the license record — often someone who left years ago. Miss the window and the license terminates. The frequency goes with it.

Free, no sign-up. We look it up in the FCC's public weekly database and show when your window opens and whether the reminder can reach you.

What changes we catch every week

  • STATUS — a license leaves Active in the FCC file.
  • EXPIRATION — a later date: the renewal was granted, the case closes itself.
  • LICENSEE NAME — often an acquisition. Worth a call before a transfer happens.
  • EMAIL — the FCC now writes to a different address.
  • NEW LICENSE — a new grant under an FRN you watch; its 12-month construction clock starts.

310 customer call signs in a spreadsheet?

Paste them in. In a few seconds you see which windows open this quarter, which licenses already expired, and which ones send FCC reminders to a mailbox nobody reads. Every renewal is billable work — FreqKeeper makes sure none slip past you.

  • Renewal board with a pipeline from “contacted” to “granted” — granted closes itself when the new expiration appears.
  • Reminder emails to your customers, sent in your name, replies to you.
  • Construction deadlines for new and modified grants.
  • Weekly digest after each FCC file. CSV export anytime.

Do you file renewals?
No. We track windows and deadlines and remind you. You or your coordinator file in ULS.
Where does the data come from?
The FCC's public weekly ULS download. We never scrape FCC web pages. How it works.
How fresh is it?
Weekly. The as-of date is shown on every screen.
Are you the FCC?
No. FreqKeeper is a private software company, not affiliated with the FCC or any frequency coordinator.
